1. About WPtop and Diiho Theme
WPtop offers WordPress themes and related digital products. Diiho Theme is designed for blogs and online stores and includes a widget builder and other features described on its product page.
Product descriptions, demonstrations, and screenshots illustrate available features. Your website’s appearance and performance may vary depending on its content, hosting, plugins, and configuration.
2. Accounts and Orders
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. The price, selected plan, and included benefits shown at checkout form part of your purchase.
3. Plans, Updates, and Support
Diiho Theme may be offered under 1-year, 2-year, 3-year, and Lifetime plans. The activation limits, updates, and support included with each plan are stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
A Lifetime plan provides the stated benefits for as long as Diiho Theme continues to be developed and offered. It is not a guarantee that the product or any related service will remain available indefinitely.
Support covers the scope stated in your plan. Custom development, website design, and work involving third-party products may require a separate agreement.
4. Software Licenses and Activation
Software and other files supplied with Diiho Theme may be governed by different licenses. Your rights to use, modify, and distribute each component are determined by its applicable license.
Activation keys, customer accounts, downloads, updates, and support services are subject to the limits of your purchased plan. You must not share account credentials or service access beyond those limits. These service terms do not restrict rights granted by an applicable open-source software license.
5. Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- Access another customer’s account without permission;
- Interfere with the website’s operation or security;
- Use automated requests in a way that disrupts the website;
- Submit malicious code or unlawful content through the website or its support channels;
- Misrepresent your identity when placing an order or requesting support.
We may restrict access to an account or service when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the website and its users. We will review any related customer request through our support channel.
6. AI and Third-Party Services
Some Diiho features may depend on external services, including AI providers. Their availability, pricing, limits, and terms are controlled by the relevant providers unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it on your website. You should avoid submitting confidential or personal information to an AI feature unless you understand how the connected service handles that information.
Diiho may also work with WordPress, WooCommerce, plugins, hosting providers, and other third-party products. Their own terms and policies apply to their services.
7. Payments, Delivery, and Refunds
Payment, digital delivery, cancellations, and refunds are described in our Purchase and Usage Policy and in the information displayed at checkout. Please review those details before completing an order.
If you experience a delivery or product issue, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Intellectual Property
The WPtop name, Diiho name, website text, graphics, and other materials are protected by their applicable intellectual property rights. Purchasing Diiho Theme does not transfer ownership of WPtop branding or materials that are not included in the product.
Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update the website and Diiho Theme to fix issues, improve features, or maintain compatibility. We may also modify or discontinue features when necessary. Where a change materially affects an active paid benefit, we will communicate the available options to affected customers.
We may revise these Terms of Use. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Terms applicable to a completed purchase will be considered together with the product details and policies presented at the time of that purchase.
10. Liability
We aim to provide accurate product information and reasonable support. Website and software performance can be affected by hosting, third-party services, other plugins, user changes, and factors outside our control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WPtop is not responsible for losses caused solely by factors outside its reasonable control. This section does not exclude liability or customer rights that cannot legally be limited.
